We are still experiencing inaccuracies with our UPS Shipping Calculator, so rest assured that we'll be checking and adjusting ALL orders that come through (most will receive a credit, while some may be increased but we will CONTACT you if an order needs increased and there are a few that will come through accurately).  We appreciate your patience with us while we try and get this issues resolved.

We are located in Terrebonne, Oregon and we ship throughout the continental United States and Canada using UPS Ground and LTL Freight on our larger orders. (For shipping quotes to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, please call us directly for an accurate shipping quote as our shipping calculator is not set up to calculate to those areas).

The shipping calculator on our website is based on UPS Ground shipping rates. We review every order that comes in to see if it would be more cost effective to ship via LTL Freight and, if so, we will automatically readjust your shipping rates to reflect the savings and notify you of any changes in the delivery of your ScrapNcube furnishings.

Can anything be done to reduce the shipping?
Sometimes, we are able to bundle certain products together to reduce shipping costs. Our shipping calculator on our website is fairly accurate, but it is not set-up to configure bundling combinations dependent on individual order diversity. This is why we review each order that comes in and will manually adjust the shipping rates if bundling rates can lower your costs. How long does it usually take for me to receive my product(s)?
Once we have processed your order, the construction of your furnishings can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on how large the order is and/or the time of year. Once your order has been built, then shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where the furnishings are being shipped.

Quality and Care every step of the way:
We pride ourselves in taking the utmost care in how we package all of our products. Because all of our furniture is pre-assembled on site prior to shipment, it allows us to fold all of our tables and shelving flat for shipping purposes. All of our tables, shelving and heavier items are shipped in wooden crates and securely padded with foam to ensure protection against possible damage during the shipping process. We do everything we can to ensure complete protection during the shipping process because it is our desire that all of our customers receive their ScrapNcube furnishings in perfect condition!
